The Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Basra, south of Iraq continues to hold scholarly meetings on a daily basis. These meetings are attended by clerics and seminarians, who meet with Sheikh Nazar al-Hassan and discuss various topics on Islamic beliefs and jurisprudence.
