The booklet of “Rulings on Marriage” was published by AhlulBayt Cultural and Charity Institute in the city of Basra, south of Iraq. The book contains rulings and instructions about marriage, which are entirely in accordance with the fatwas of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi.
