The House of His Eminence Grand Shia Islamic Jurist Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Shirazi in the holy city of Qom in Iran hosts series of scholarly meetings during the nights of the holy month of Ramadan. In these meetings, senior scholars, clerics and seminarians ask their questions on Islamic law, history and beliefs from His Eminence Ayatollah Shirazi. The discussions in the latest round of these meetings were focused on having intercourse while fasting, prohibition of desecrating the month of Ramadan, prohibition of backbiting, making an intention for fasting during the whole Ramadan, etc. The enthusiasts can follow the discussions in these meetings live on Marjaeyat TV, and other Shia TV networks, as well as al-Shirazi application, every night at 10:30 pm Qom local time.
