The Shia Societies Association, affiliated to Imam Shirazi World Foundation in Karbala, continued to welcome pilgrimage caravans from Iraq in the holy city of Qom. In recent days, they welcomed the pilgrimage caravan of Al-Ahzan. The members of this caravan have walked all the way from the Iraqi city of Samaveh to the holy shrines of Iran, and after entering the holy city of Qom, they were welcomed by the Shia Societies Association. After the holy city of Qom, the pilgrimage caravan of Al-Ahzan will travel to the holy city of Mashhad and visit the sacred shrine of Imam Ali bin Musa al-Reza (peace be upon him).
