Youth gatherings are among the most important activities during the blessed month of Ramadan in Bahrain. The people of Bahrain have long been engaged in organizing mourning gatherings for the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussain (peace be upon him), after the Iftar ceremonies during Ramadan. Following these mourning ceremonies, home gatherings including Quran recitation and reciting Ziyarat Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) are held. In these gatherings, young people engage in religious and spiritual practices, familiarizing themselves with the teachings and principles of the Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them).
