The Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) Institute, an institution affiliated with the religious authority in Copenhagen, Denmark, held two mourning ceremonies on the occasion of the martyrdom days of the leader of the true Shia sect, Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him).
The ceremonies began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a lecture by Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Abdulhasan Asadi. The mourners included famous reciters and eulogists of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), such as Mohammad Baqir Khaghani, who offered elegies.
Hundreds of Shia residents of European countries attended the ceremonies, where they held mourning rituals to honor the memory and name of the Imam.
