As part of ongoing field outreach by the office of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, may God grant him long life, in the holy city of Karbala, a delegation from the office traveled to Kadhimiya district, in Baghdad, and met with members of the Rasul al-Azam (PBUH) Cultural and Charitable Foundation—one of the centers affiliated with the religious authority.
During the visit, Mr. Lu’ay al-Shammari, head of the foundation, along with Mr. Faez al-Shammari and Mr. Iyad al-Shammari—active members of the organization—welcomed the delegation. The two parties discussed the foundation's cultural, social, and service-oriented activities.
Later in the program, Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Ahmad al-Lami, a member of the Public Relations Center of the Religious Authority in Kadhimiya, hosted the delegation and presented a report on the center’s most important current initiatives and activities.
