On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hasan al-Askari (peace be upon him), a mourning ceremony was held at Qasr al-Ridha (peace be upon him) Hussainiya in the city of Faw, Basra Province, by the Batal al-‘Alqami (peace be upon him) Congregation, one of the centers affiliated with the Marja‘iyya.
During the ceremony, groups of mourners commemorated the memory and oppression of the eleventh Imam of the Shia through a Majlis, elegies, and lamentations.
