For the second consecutive day, the Al-Najaf al-Ashraf Strategic Studies Center (NCSS), one of the centers affiliated with the Marjaʿiyyah in the holy city of Najaf, in cooperation with the Union of Shia Satellite Networks and Radios, held its second academic conference titled “Islam and Peaceful Coexistence in the Thought of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Husayni Shirazi,” dedicated to the tribes of Iraq.
This session, under the theme “Iraqi Tribes: Leaders of Social Security and Advocates of National Peace,” coincided with the inauguration of the Office of Tribal Affairs in the city.
The conference highlighted the central role of the tribes in safeguarding social cohesion and promoting a culture of peace.
