Hussein Alshaer, Director of the Beirut office of Alwaeyi Shirazi Satellite Network in Lebanon, visited the headquarters of Radio Lebanon and met with its General Director, Muhammad Gharib.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the role of Lebanon’s national media and its importance in serving society and strengthening the values of dialogue.

At the conclusion of the visit, Hussein Alshaer presented the book “Politics from the Perspective of Islam” by Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Husayni Shirazi to the Director of Radio Lebanon.

Radio Lebanon, founded in 1938 as the country’s first official media outlet, has for decades been recognized as a national platform, playing a vital role in preserving cultural identity and transmitting Lebanese and Arab heritage. Today, it continues to hold a special place in Lebanon’s historical memory, housing the largest audio archive in the Middle East.
