With the efforts of the Alnajaf Alashraf Center for Strategic Studies, one of the centers affiliated with the religious authority in the holy city of Najaf, and in cooperation with the Saleh Academy for Political Development and Governance and the Youth Ambassadors, a session was held under the title: “Candidacy is a Responsibility, Not Hostility: Toward a Clean and Hate-Free Electoral Discourse.”

The session was attended by Dr. Ahmad Sahib Khalifah from the Political Parties Department at the Najaf office of the Independent High Electoral Commission, Professor Husam Alkaabi, a researcher and media activist, and Professor Husam Alfatlawi, head of the General Union of Journalists and Media Professionals in Najaf. The speakers presented their perspectives on the importance of responsibility in electoral competition and the need to avoid hate-based discourse.

Additionally, a media training course titled “Management of Television Media Dialogue: Skills and Techniques” is currently being held. The course is organized by the media department of the Alnajaf Alashraf Center and is taught by university professor and media expert Amjad Alaaraji.
