Sayyid Aref Nasrallah, the Head of the Public Relations Office of Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Husseini Shirazi in the Holy City of Karbala, in Iraq, met with Dr. Tareq Al-Khaykani, a member of the Iraqi Council of Representatives and former Minister of Construction and Housing, in Holy Karbala.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the latest political and social developments in the country and discussed the challenges facing Iraqi society under the current circumstances.

In the course of the discussion, Sayyid Aref Nasrallah referred to the issue of governance in Iraq and emphasized the necessity of fulfilling the legitimate demands of the Shias.
