On the auspicious occasion of the blessed birth of Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali son of Abi Talib (P.B.U.H.), and coinciding with the winter season, the Office of the Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Husseini Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, in Holy Najaf, Iraq, carried out a number of supportive and humanitarian initiatives.

In cooperation with Sheikh Salah Alhalafi, a number of electric heaters were distributed among families in need. In addition, this department contributed to covering the marriage expenses of three young men, settling the debts of some needy individuals, and assisting a number of patients, thereby taking effective steps toward alleviating their livelihood and medical difficulties.

Furthermore, the Office of the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, in Holy Najaf, in cooperation with Sayyid Qasim Mousawi, distributed hundreds of food baskets among needy families and individuals with special needs in the Torij district, in province of Karbala.
