A delegation from the Misbah Alhussein (P.B.U.H.) Cultural and Charitable Institute, one of the centers operating under the supervision of the Office of the Religious Authority in Holy Karbala, Iraq, held separate meetings with Adiya Ajah Al-Jalihawi and Dr. Amina Al-Asadi, two members of the Holy Karbala Provincial Council, at their respective offices.

These meetings were held within the framework of strengthening joint cooperation and reviewing issues related to the social affairs of the province. During the discussions, the most important humanitarian and developmental activities and programs of the institute aimed at serving target groups were presented, and its various departments and executive projects were introduced.

Both sides also discussed a number of issues of concern to the Karbala community and ways to support ongoing efforts to improve the service and social conditions of the province.

At the conclusion of the meetings, the delegation of the Misbah Alhussein (P.B.U.H.) Institute extended an official invitation to the two provincial council members to attend a cultural forum organized by the Iraqi Federal Commission of Integrity, Department of Relations with Non-Governmental Organizations, in cooperation with the Misbah Alhussein (P.B.U.H.) Institute. The forum is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 15 February 2026, at the building of the Karbala Provincial Human Rights Commission.
