The office of the Supreme Religious Authority Ayatollah Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, in the holy city of Najaf, in Iraq, began its annual mourning gatherings for the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Fatimah Alzahra, peace be upon her, on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The gatherings are scheduled to continue through Monday, October 26, 2026.

During the gathering, Scholar Sheikh Jafar Aldujaili delivered a sermon and recounted the tragedies and hardships endured by Lady Fatimah Alzahra, peace be upon her. The gathering was attended by believers and devotees of the Household of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon them.
