Rasul Akram Institute, affiliated with the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Mazare Sharif City of Afghanistan donated cash handouts to orphans in this city. These humanitarian works were conducted in compliance to the directives of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi.
