Imam Hussain TV 4 in Urdu language is a steaming television that aims at protecting the doctrine and teachings of the AhlulBayt (A.S.). This network is managed by some of the followers of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi. This network was established in the holy city of Karbala on August 4, 2017, at the same time as the birthday of Imam Reza (A.S.) and was registered in the Ministry of Communications of Iraq. Urdu-speaking Shiites in Pakistan, India, England, Canada, America and Africa are the audience of this network's programs.

In 2022, the Imam Hussain 4 has produced and broadcast over 105,646 minutes of live and offline programs in Urdu for different countries such as: Iraq, India, Pakistan, America, Canada and England. Among the most visited programs are the scientific meetings of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi which are broadcast on a daily basis with Urdu dubbing.

Imam Hussein TV 4 also covers important events such as the first ten days of Muharram, Arbaeen walk, Fatemiyyah, Rajab, Shaban, Ramadan and Ghadir days as well as conferences, special programs and religious seminars.
