The mourning ceremonies of Safar 2023, continue at the residence of Seyyed Ahmad Shirazi in Kuwait. In the fifth night of these ceremonies, attendees commemorated the anniversary of the martyrdom of Hazrat Ruqayyah bint al-Hussein (peace be upon them) through mourning rituals. These solemn observances are set to persist until the arrival of Arbaeen.
