The mourning committee of the people of Baghdad, affiliated with the center of al-Sadiqah Fatimah, (one of the centers related to the religious authority in the city of Baghdad), continues to hold Fatimi mourning ceremonies. These ceremonies have started since the martyrdom of Hazrat Fatima Zahra, peace be upon him (according to the narration, forty days after the martyrdom of the Holy Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace), and will continue for forty days. Hundreds of believers, especially the young people of Baghdad, participate in these ceremonies and mourn.
