The office of the esteemed Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Hosseini Shirazi in Damascus held mourning ceremonies for the first ten days of Muharram 1446. The events were attended by numerous mourners and followers of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), including religious, cultural, and social figures, as well as representatives of high religious authorities. During the ceremonies, Sayyed Riaz al-Hussain and Sheikh Akram Karabij delivered speeches about the significance of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him).
