The Ahlul Bayt Center, a Marja’iyya-affiliated institution in Mahajanga, Madagascar, held a celebration on Saturday, the 10th of Rajab, 1446, to mark the auspicious birth anniversary of Amir al-Mu'minin, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (AS). The event was attended by dozens of believers and followers of the Ahlul Bayt (AS), who honored the birth anniversary of the immediate successor of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family). Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Muhammad Ridi Wasram, the director of the Marja’iyya office in the city, along with several other religious activists from the Ahlul Bayt Center, delivered speeches highlighting the virtues of Imam Ali (AS). The program also included Quran recitation, the recitation of the Hadith of Kisaa, poetry, eulogies, and the distribution of gifts.
