The Anwar al-Jawadin Institute, affiliated with the Religious Authority in Baghdad, held its third annual Mahdawi conference titled "The Pole of the Earth and the Divine Grace of the Heavens" in celebration of Imam Mahdi’s (A.J.) birth anniversary. The event was attended by religious and cultural figures, as well as a large gathering of Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.) devotees. The program began with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by speeches from Sheikh Ali al-Asami, Sheikh Ahmad al-Lami, and Sheikh Ali al-Kar’awi. Poet Sayyid Hashem Mousawi recited poems in praise of Imam Mahdi (A.J.). The event concluded with honoring a group of Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.) servants and a prayer for the hastening of Imam Mahdi’s (A.J.) reappearance.
