A memorial ceremony marking the tragedy of the demolition of the Imams’ graves in al-Baqi was held at the Imam Hussein bin Ali (A.S.) Hussainiya in Beirut, a center affiliated with the Religious Authority. The event took place on 9 Shawwal 1446 and was attended by a number of believers. Sheikh Ali Tala delivered a religious speech, while elegies were recited by eulogist Sayed Mushtaq al-Khadim.
