To coincide with the anniversary of the martyrdom of the sixth Imam of Shi'a Islam, the Ahl al-Bayt Center in the city of Mahajanga, Madagascar, hosted a mourning ceremony. A group of local followers of the Ahl al-Bayt gathered at the center, participating in Quran recitation, speeches, and eulogies to honor and remember the noble life of Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq.
