On the 27th of Shawwal 1446 AH, Imam Mahdi Hussainiya (may Allah hasten his reappearance), one of the centers affiliated with the religious authority in Kuwait, hosted a mourning ceremony commemorating the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (peace be upon him).

The ceremony was attended by a group of followers, admirers, and devotees of Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them).
During the event, Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Abdullah Mullahadi delivered a speech on the scholarly status and the oppression faced by Imam al-Sadiq (peace be upon him).
Following the speech, the attendees participated in mourning rituals led by the eulogist of Ahlul Bayt (peace be upon them), Muhammad Karbalai.
