On Wednesday, 2nd Dhū al-Qaʿdah 1446 AH, the residence of Grand Ayatollah al-ʿUẓmā Sayyid Sadiq Husayni Shirazi, may God grant him long life, in the holy city of Qom hosted a group of Iraqi pilgrims from the cities of Basra and Baghdad.

These pilgrims, who arrived in Iran to visit its sacred shrines, came as part of the "Imam al-Hasan al-Mujtaba peace be upon him" caravan from Basra and the "Amir al-Muʾminīn peace be upon him" caravan from Baghdad. In their visit to the Marjaʿiyya residence, they participated in a scholarly session held with professors and scholars from the Qom Seminary, presided over by Grand Ayatollah Shirazi.

The program continued with congregational ẓuhr and ʿaṣr prayers, after which the guests listened to a lecture delivered by Shaykh Nāṣir Asadī.
