The women’s division of the Imam Sadiq (peace be upon him) Institute, one of the centers affiliated with the Marja’iyyah in Denmark, organized a cultural seminar titled “Hijab: Identity, Contentment, and Distinction.” The event saw a large turnout of women, especially young girls.
The seminar opened with a speech by Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Abdul-Hassan Asadi, who emphasized the historical roots of hijab in divine religions and the importance of promoting it through gentle, reasoned dialogue.
Following the opening, a group of professional women—specialists in fields such as medicine, engineering, psychology, and law—shared their personal experiences of maintaining hijab in European workplaces.
A dedicated space with play and childcare facilities was arranged for the children of attendees. The three-hour program concluded with the distribution of cultural gifts and proper Islamic attire.
