Another session from the series of daily scholarly gatherings of the religious authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi (may God grant him long life), was held at his blessed residence in the holy city of Qom, on the morning of Sunday, 6th of Dhu al-Qi‘dah 1446 AH (May 4, 2025 CE). The session was attended by scholars, students, and believers, and featured a range of discussions.

During the gathering, many topics, religious rulings, and questions were raised by the participants and discussed with His Eminence, who provided answers and insights.

Some of the issues addressed in the session included:

• The ruling on repeating the daily prayers
• The conditions for the validity of returning wrongful possessions (rad al-mazalim)
• The criteria for having the ability (istita‘ah) to perform obligatory Hajj
• The conditions for the validity of temporary marriage (mut‘ah)
• The impermissibility of changing one's marja‘ (religious authority) except when the second is more knowledgeable than the first
• The method of distributing the sacrifice (udhiyah) and offerings (qurban) during Hajj
• The ruling on embalming the deceased
