The Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Strategic Studies Center, affiliated with the religious authority in the holy city of Najaf, recently hosted two prominent artists, Dr. Sinan Al-Azzawi and Dr. Yahya Ibrahim, along with their accompanying delegation. This visit was part of a collaboration with the Al-Masar artistic group and aimed at holding specialized workshops in directing and acting.

Additionally, with the support of this center, the monthly meeting of the Association of Poets and Writers of Iraqi Folklore, Najaf branch, was held under the title “The Eternal Messages of Karbala.” This gathering featured the participation of several prominent figures of religious poetry in the country, who recited their poems mourning the uprising of Ashura.

These activities are carried out to support committed art and promote the culture of Ashura within Iraqi society.
