The Ahl al-Bayt Islamic Thought Center (peace be upon them), which is one of the centers affiliated with the religious authority in the city of Baghdad, and in accordance with the directives and guidance of His Eminence the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, held a mourning ceremony on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of the noble companion Sa'id ibn Jubayr, and in preparation for the sacred Fatimid days.

The event witnessed a wide attendance of numerous religious and cultural figures, along with a gathering of youth and a crowd of faithful believers.

The Media Rituals Group provided special coverage of this ceremony and conducted a media interview with Mr. Ali al-Sarray, Director of the Islamic Thought Center for Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), in which the importance and status of Hussaini mourning ceremonies and rituals within the Shia community were highlighted.
