Sheikh Sadiq Basri, director of the Ahlul Bayt (P.B.U.T.) Cultural and Charitable Institute in Basra, Iraq, affiliated with the Religious Authority, met with Sayyid Haydar Sweij, a representative of the Religious Authority. The discussions focused on expanding future collaborations between the Ahlul Bayt (P.B.U.T.) Institute and the Al-Marjaiyoon satellite network.

Sheikh Basri also met with Sheikh Ali Muzaffar to discuss the importance of religious activities and their role in spreading the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt (P.B.U.T.). At the conclusion of these meetings, Sheikh Basri presented a collection of works by Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Husseini Shirazi, may Allah prolong his life, as gifts to the hosts.
