On the occasion of the blessed anniversary of the birth of Imam Jawad (P.B.U.H.), the weekly gathering of Alkhayr Wa Albarakah Cultural Association was held last Tuesday at the association’s headquarters in the holy city of Karbala.

The gathering was attended by a group of believers and devotees of the Ahlul Bayt (P.B.U.T.) and was centered on seeking closeness to the Household of Purity, peace be upon them. The program began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the recitation of Dua Tawassul and Ziyarat Ashura.

During the program, Sheikh Abbas Naseri spoke about the exalted status of Imam Jawad (P.B.U.H.) and explained the virtues of the Imam. This was followed by poetry recitation and eulogies by the Ahlul Bayt reciter Hussein Karbalaei.

Alkhayr Wa Albarakah Cultural Association is one of the institutions affiliated with the Religious Authority in Baghdad and carries out a wide range of cultural and religious activities across various regions of Iraq.
