On the occasion of the tenth day of the month of Muharram, a mourning assembly and a reading of the historical account of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, were held at the House of Hussein Peace Be Upon Him, a religious center associated with Grand Ayatollah, in Melbourne, Australia. The speaker was the scholar Sayyid Mansour Albattat, who recited the historical account, highlighting the noble lessons of the uprising of Karbala and the tragedies endured by the Prophet Muhammad’s family. The event was attended by many mourners who gathered to commemorate this sorrowful occasion.
