On the second day of Safar 1448 A.H., as preparations for the Fortieth Day Pilgrimage continued, the delegation of the Global Imam Hussein Peace be Upon Him Communities and Pilgrim Service Groups Foundation, affiliated with the Global Ayatollah Shirazi Foundation in Holy Karbala, Iraq, continued its activities in the city of Hartha, in Basra Province, Iraq.

During the visit, delegation members met with the organizers and volunteers of Alrasool Pilgrim Service Group (P.B.U.H. & H.F.), Almajidiyah Youth Pilgrim Service Group, Badr Alhawashim Pilgrim Service Group (P.B.U.H.), Lady Ruqayyah Pilgrim Service Group (P.B.U.H.), and Ammar ibn Yasir Pilgrim Service Group (P.B.U.H.).

The delegation also visited the Alhamoudi Tribal Council of the Bani Malik tribe and met with tribal leaders. It later held a meeting with one of the religious inquiry groups serving pilgrims in Hartha.

During all of these visits, the delegation conveyed the greetings, prayers, and recommendations of the Supreme Religious Authority Ayatollah Shirazi, may God prolong his life, to the organizers of pilgrim service groups, volunteers, and hosts serving the pilgrims. The delegation emphasized the importance of sincere service to the visitors of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and preserving the rites.
