The Ahlul Bayt Peace Be Upon Them Servants Group, affiliated with the Religious Authority in Holy Karbala, Iraq, has begun holding home mourning gatherings to commemorate the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah Alzahra, peace be upon her.

The gatherings commemorate the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah Alzahra, peace be upon her, according to the narration that she was martyred 40 days after the martyrdom of her father, Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his Household. The gatherings will continue until the 20th day of Jumada Althani.

The gatherings are held on a rotating basis in the homes of believers, with the participation of mourners, as well as religious and social figures, including representatives of the office of the Religious Authority in Holy Karbala and affiliated centers and institutions.

Those attending mourn the suffering and martyrdom of Lady Fatimah Alzahra, peace be upon her, while seeking her intercession and honoring her esteemed position.
