The Orphanage House of Lady Fatimah Zahra Complex in Kabul Afghanistan, which is affiliated to the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, donated hundreds of sanitary items to many impoverished families in this city. These aids were given out in accordance to the instructions of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, and more than 500 families received the aids.
