Qasrul-Zahra Husayniya, affiliated with the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in the holy district of Kadhimiya sacrificed several camels and sheep to celebrate the birthday of the promised savior, Imam Almahdi, may God hasten his reappearance. This charity work was carried out in compliance to the directives of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi. The meat from this sacrifice was given out to needy and impoverished families.
