The eighth day of mourning services for Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, was held on Sunday, the 7th of Muharram 1448 (June 23, 2026), at the residence of the esteemed scholar Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Sadiq Husseini Shirazi, may God grant him a long life, in the holy city of Qom.
The event was attended by the Grand Ayatollah himself, prominent scholars, representatives of other senior religious authorities, religious students, cultural figures, and the general public. During the ceremony, speeches were delivered by religious scholars Mr. Khani, Mr. Soltani, and Mr. Moayed.
