Alkhair Wa Albarakah Cultural Association in the holy city of Karbala, in Iraq, continued its weekly spiritual programs by holding a mourning gathering commemorating the Household of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon them, on the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Lady Fatimah, peace be upon her.

The gathering, held last Tuesday evening after the Maghrib and Isha congregational prayers, was attended by devotees and followers of the Household of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon them. It began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the recitation of Dua Tawassul and Ziyarat Ashura.

During the gathering, Scholar Sheikh Ibrahim Maash delivered a speech in which he explained aspects of the noble personality of Lady Fatimah, peace be upon her, and highlighted her esteemed position among followers of the teachings of the Household of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon them. He emphasized that faith, patience, modesty, and steadfastness in following the path of truth were among the most prominent values reflected in Lady Fatimah’s life. He also stressed the importance of following her example in various aspects of life, especially in patience, selflessness, and sacrifice.

It is worth noting that Alkhair Wa Albarakah Cultural Association is one of the cultural centers associated with the Religious Authority. Its main headquarters is located in Baghdad, Iraq, and it is engaged in religious activities and sharing the teachings of the Household of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon them.
